商品描述

樹豆被讚為豆中之王，樹豆含有20~22%的蛋白質、55%澱粉及八種人體必需氨基酸、鋅、鐵、維生素E、維生素B1、維生素B2….等營養價值。
一般常見的米色樹豆為白樹豆，另外還有黑樹豆，因為含有花青素，再加上產量較少，是比較稀有的品種。
食用樹豆有清熱解毒、補中益氣、利尿消食、止血止痢之效。
目前樹豆已被證實在抗瘧疾、抗鐮刀型貧血、降血糖、抑菌、抗氧化、抗腦缺血缺氧損傷等方面有卓越的功效。
本草綱目還記載：樹豆具有解毒、解熱、消炎、長肌膚、益顏色、填骨髓、增氣力等功效。
